For me this year (or in October to be exact), I managed to bag myself an absolute bargain of a new diary insert for my Filofax. It's the first year I didn't get a Filofax brand insert.

This one is by Paperchase and it came with the nicest dividers as well as note paper and address paper too. I think this was around the £8 mark so it was an absolute steal for me.

Diary:
First of all I have my diary insert. I mainly use this to keep track of my work hours and any personal appointments. This way when I look back, I know what I did and when!

Addresses:
This is mainly of family! They've got to be kept somewhere and this seems the most fitting place.

Notes:
This is quite an important section for me. It keeps all the little things I need to remember. I write down ideas, blog posts and all things important.

Planner Supplies:
This has a whole section of it's own. I have a pile of to-do list inserts in there to keep track of the million and one things I need to do. I also have the insert of page markers and post its. This isn't the original post its on here as I used them all up. So I kept the dashboard and put new markers to colour code my work days by when I'm getting paid so it's easier for me to work out. Then I use the post its to note down anything important about that week.

I like to be crazy organised and I like to be able to refer to what I've done recently. Some may think it's a bit much but if I don't then I feel a bit lost!

Linkys Dream November Box

Today something arrived that I’ve been waiting for several months! It was definitely worth the wait, I absolutely love it.

Unfortunately they’re now sold out until April, they’re that popular(!), so I won’t get another one for almost 6 months which is quite disappointing.

Anyway, I couldn’t not share this with you all; this beautiful box arrived this morning, beautifully wrapped on the outside and inside! I also now have sequins everywhere, my bedroom is literally sparkling!

When I opened the box, I found a little thank you card and a beautiful wand that I will find a home for in my room. Underneath was some spotty tissue paper, which contained some more treats and some perfectly wrapped parcels.

First of all, all of the odd bits that I found in the box included some pens, paperclips, pom poms, washi tape and a gorgeous bookmark.

There was also a sweet little envelope that contained lots of different pieces of paper and some stickers.

Next up are the wrapped parcels! I was so excited! So many sticky notes (perfect for my Filofax as I just ran out), the cutest stickers and a pen.

Also in the box was a beautiful A5 notebook in the prettiest blue, this will be my new blogging notebook.

I had desperately wanted some new dividers for my Filofax and I did get some! They were hidden under the notebook and they’re already in my Filofax!

If you have your own Filofax or you just love stationary, you should definitely order a Linkys Box when you can, you won’t regret it! I just can’t wait to order my next one when they become available again!

The great thing is that I have a use for each and every item that arrived, so for me personally, it is well worth the money.

Weekly Wishes #1

This is something new that I would like to start doing. By setting myself little goals on a weekly basis I am more likely to make small progress in things in the short term and make a good amount of progress in the long term. That’s the plan anyway! I will normally post this on a Sunday or Monday, ready for the new week, but seeing as I came up with this on a Tuesday morning, I will post it today as a one off!

1. Go to the gym 5 times this week. I’m now done with revision until I find out my results so I have a bit of time off (that I’m giving myself) to focus on my blog and getting back into a good gym routine.
2. Sort out the ridiculous amount of clothes I don’t wear. I have clothes in bags that I’ve been meaning to sell on eBay but (as lazy as it sounds) eBay can be an awful lot of effort for not very much at all. So my plan is to take them all to the charity shop, my good deed for the week!
3. Give my Filofax some love. I feel like I’ve neglected it a bit recently and there’s no doubt that there is a lot of notes that don’t need to be in there.
4. Pack up the rest of my things for Uni. I always leave in a rush whenever I come back, so I’m going to make sure that I have everything I need this time, there’s nothing worse than forgetting something you really need.
5. Organise my research. I have so many odd bits where I’ve written things down, but there’s no logic to it all, so I will sort out which bits I still need and throw out what I don’t.
6. Clean my car inside and out. As with my Filofax I have neglected my car a little bit and I love that thing a lot, so it deserves some attention to be thoroughly cleaned!

Those are the main things I want to achieve this week, I have more on my to do list but you really don’t need my whole to do list, you’d end up getting a bit bored of it! I’ll check back in on Sunday and let you know how it has gone. Especially number 1 ;)

What's in my bag?

“Why is this relevant?” I hear you ask but what I carry around with me on a daily basis is important.

This beautiful green satchel is from ASOS but unfortunately it’s sold out now and it was hard enough to get in the first place!

Water and paracetamol. I always like to stay hydrated and I always have water in my bag. As with paracetamol, I will very rarely leave the house without it.

Lip Balm. I have several that I tend to rotate, so this is the one I’m using at the moment. It smells like strawberries and is soft on your lips.

Hand sanitizer. Again a must have. We always need clean hands!

Salisbury Life and a few other leaflets. Some magazines I picked up while I was out. They were free so I thought I could try and get some inspiration.

Korres Nail Varnish in metallic sand (33). This is a beautiful nude colour that I will be wearing more often. Thanks Mum!

A notebook and pen. I never know when I’ll need to do some writing!

My Filofax. My absolute go to. One of the best presents I’ve had and so important to keep myself organised. I use Filofax stickers too to keep it colourful!

itizer. Again a must have. We always need clean hands!

My iPod. I always have this connected in my car to listen to my favourite songs at that moment.

A present for my sister. Something I picked up in a vintage shop. Happy Birthday Hope!

My Purse. I’ve had this Juicy Couture purse for the best part of 4 or 5 years now and I will never change it!

My car keys, a bit of an obvious one!

And lastly my iPhone, I need something to take pictures with!
